So, as I mentioned in one of my most recent blog posts, Nick likes to do yard work on Saturdays...... this past Saturday he went outside and said, "I am just going to TRIM the bushes in the backyard". 30 minutes later I went outside and I found the mountain of limbs that were leftover from our poor bushes. I feel bad for the garbage man that has to pick up the left overs of Nick's Saturday project!

Oh No! Did he trim it to the ground? It looks like he took out entire forests of bushes! At first I thought you were going to be talking about your poor bushes out front, from when the wrong ones got taken out!
I thought I would return the hello...I peek at your blog as well. I think it IS nice to be able to put faces with names. I laughed when I read this because our yard had a similiar look this morning - from me attempting to trim the bushes in our front yard. I'm pretty sure I should have left them alone. They went from looking just a tad unruly to looking horribly, horribly mangled! I think this confirms that some things are best left to the professionals (or maybe a husband, in my case, that is a wee bit more skilled at trimming)! :)
Here's a comment from Anthony: Who needs Swingle when you've got Nick. Speaking of Nick, maybe he could use those same trimmers on his hair. Especially those flippy things around his ears.
Meghan...Thanks for the comment! Too bad my husband did not turn out to be the professional! I felt so bad for the POOR garbage man that had to pick up his "project"!
Lisa... Nick was in the mood of "chopping" things on Saturday. He chopped his hair too!
